Patient Rewards Program

At Harner Orthodontics, we want to reward your fantastic work!

You will have the opportunity to earn up to three raffle tickets at each regularly scheduled appointment.

One raffle ticket will be awarded for outstanding cooperation in each of the following areas:

• Excellent Brushing
• Arrive On Time for Appointment (with clean and brushed teeth)
• No Loose, Broken, or Missing Parts (such as brackets, wires, headgear, elastics, or removable appliances)

Once a month Raffle for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

The prizes will very according to rank with some of the following as choices:

• Starbucks
• Cold Stones Creamery
• In-N-Out Burger
• Jamba Juice
• Target
• Blockbuster
• Best Buy
• ITunes
• Abercrombie & Fitch

Dr. Cooper Callaway congratulates Robin Pigg for winning the SSA slogan contest.

Starkville Soccer Association platinum sponsor Dr. Cooper Callaway thanks Robin Pigg and presents her with a gift certificate for winning the 2008-2009 league slogan contest. Her entry, "Kickn' it, Starkville Style" will be placed on the back of all recreational player jerseys during the upcoming season, and used on the league website and for tournament publicity.

Shannon Brasher won second and third place in the contest withher entries, "Challenge Me" and, "Be fit. Be strong. Be an athlete."
